1. Buy your bingo books and extra sheets  by 12 Noon on Mondays
2. Books are valid for week of purchase only
3. In the coming days you will receive a separate email with your books attached and instructions how to play
4. Please allow time to print your books
5. Please ensure you have the Zoom app downloaded to your computer/smartphone/tablet - see below to sign up 
6. Bingo broadcast will start at 7.30pm with eyes down at 8pm Sharp

Don't worry if you have a check during the game and are having technical issues.  Our system will let us know who has a check and we will contact you the following day to issue you with your winnings

When will I receive my books?

• Orders received up to Friday morning are emailed out Friday afternoon
• Orders received from Friday up to 12 noon Monday are emailed out Monday afternoon before the game
• Please check your spam/junk folders as sometimes emails can end up in there
• When you receive your order, please check it is correct even if you are not printing your books straight away
• After 4pm on Mondays, please phone us with any order queries as email may not be monitored continually after this time

​***** Each book you order will come in a separate email.  Example: If you order 1 single and 2 double books you will receive 3 emails in total with your books attached to each email. Flyer and jackpot sheets are now included in the main books.
